Project Overview
This project is a healthcare management system with modules for diabetic patients, doctors, and admins. It allows patients to track health metrics, book appointments, and interact with doctors.

Patient Module
- Track Health Levels: Track sugar level, pressure level, and other health metrics.
- Messaging: Send messages to doctors .
- Community Forum: Post issues/problems for discussion with the community.
Doctor Module
- Messaging: Communicate with patients regarding their health concerns.
- Appointments: Manage patient appointments (view, accept, reject).
Admin Module
- Approve/Report Posts: Approve or report patient and doctor posts to maintain moderation.
- User Management: Manage patient and doctor profiles.
